Jodi’s life has revolved around fitness and
athletics,
always involved in sports growing up - cheerleading,
basketball, volleyball, softball, and soccer.
At the young age of 11, with prompting from her mom,
she signed up for martial arts, and quickly took to
the sport, achieving her 1st black belt at the
age of 15 in Tae Kwan Do.
She continued to advance in martial arts and got her
2nd black belt in kung fu at the age of 22.
She has fought in amateur martial arts competitions
and achieved a 5-0 record in kickboxing and muay
thai fighting.
Jodi also began dancing as a teenager with her local
church dance team, which quickly jump-started her
dance career. She competed on national television
for the inaugural season of MTV’s America’s Best
Dance Crew, and has been dancing professionally
for the last 8 years.
A few years ago, Jodi reached out and shared her
talents with school children by coaching,
choreographing, and teaching Tampa Bay area kids the
art of dance.
In the past year she has found her love in fitness
competitions. In just her first year she has proven
herself as a formidable competitor in the fitness
world.

Jodi has been a certified personal fitness
trainer for over 10 years, having trained clients in
various local gyms in St. Petersburg, FL, and in
their homes in one-on-one, private sessions.
